Please feel welcome to join a workshop, for one morning or a series of 5, all year round. Just to give you an idea of what we offer some mornings: making a photo album; creating a sewn booklet ready for your own verse; practising writing a name in calligraphy and come away with a lovely bookmark as a present; origami card, calendar, birthday card, Gardeners World PVA box, dried and pressed flower gifttags, and much, much more... 

Why not treat yourself to a morning off for a workshop and stay at one of the lovely B & B's ( Firwood House, Chainbridge House) in our area, combining your visit with walks in the Cheviots, enjoy the beautiful Bamburgh beach, see some of the attractions at Ford and Etal : the Lady Waterford Gallery, John Marrin's antique bookshop in Ford, Horseshoe Smithy Gallery, Old Dairy Reclamation- spend all afternoon in our village!

Fees for a morning workshop £10 - sometimes a couple of pounds more because of materials, particularly if we use handmade papers, silks, linen etc...  Refreshments (Lavatza coffee!) included.  Contact Dorien for more information or to book a workshop.

Groups are welcome, max. 6 persons.   Families are welcome too- Dorien has taught for years at both First and Middle Schools.
